Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to support property maintenance, respond to service requests, and perform preventive tasks. You will prep apartments for turnovers and manage supplies, ensuring safety and high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of general maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I certification, and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma required.
• EPA 608 Type I certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Entrata and CMMS systems for logging service requests and completed work.
• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA and industry standards.
• Perform maintenance tasks to minimize liability and ensure safety.
• Complete preventive maintenance and inspect fire/safety equipment.
• Assist in snow removal and after-hours emergencies as directed.
• Maintain inventory and keep workshop clean and organized.
• Assist residents, contractors, and management with a professional demeanor.
