Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in building maintenance, a high school diploma, and excellent communication skills. Additional duties will involve working with staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and engaging in proactive maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven success in building maintenance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate various motorized equipment.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC and alarms.
• Perform routine electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Participate in staff meetings and communicate effectively.
