Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with required licenses for the position.
• Five+ years of hands-on building maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills to use control systems and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Campus mechanical systems (HVAC, alarms, security) and perform routine electrical/plumbing repairs.
• Oversee maintenance logs and respond to facilities issues with proposed solutions.
• Set up events, handle snow removal, lawn care, and general cleaning duties.
• Install AV equipment, cabling, projectors and school tech as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with contracted professionals.
