Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day workplace operations across multiple facilities. You will maintain inventory, restock supplies, perform light maintenance and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.

This role requires a hands-on approach, safety compliance, and the ability to follow defined procedures under supervision. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; GED or trade school accepted.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and coordinate replenishment with vendors or internal teams.
• Assemble and arrange furniture and office equipment; perform light maintenance tasks.
• Escort vendors on site and ensure adherence to access protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and report issues to facilities management.
