Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. This day-shift role (Mon-Fri) may run 7:00–16:00 or 8:00–17:00 and involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs under supervision for a leading global technology client.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, reviewing work orders, and ensuring energy efficiency. Required 1–2 years of related experience, high school diploma/ GED, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Driver License required.
• Must meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stay organized and manage time effectively across multiple sites.
• Complete tasks safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Investigate root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
