Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment.
• Maintains pumps, electrical controls and lighting.
• Performs work orders on facility's buildings and grounds as required.
• Makes equipment adjustments and reports serious problems in the maintenance system.
• Maintains records and prepares reports of daily work orders.
• Identifies, schedules and coordinates outside maintenance contractors as needed.
• Follows safety policies and wears proper PPE.
• Assists with operational tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.
