Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician II to maintain the property's physical condition, respond to service requests, and support preventive maintenance in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with vendors and the Facilities Manager to ensure safety and quality of service.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or trade school, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC EPA 608, CPO certification or plan to obtain, strong communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school with 3–5 years of full-time maintenance experience
• HVAC/EPA 608 certification required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of key management and security systems
• Safety-conscious with ability to work under deadlines
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient with Entrata/CMMS/Building Automation systems
• Willingness to travel as required
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property per SOPs and safety standards
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule tasks with the Facilities Manager
• Monitor life safety systems and perform diagnostics/tests
• Assist in emergency planning and response
• Secure key management and escort vendors as needed
• Ensure all service requests are completed on time
