Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician II to maintain and repair the property, respond to service requests and perform preventive maintenance in a fast-paced, collegial environment. You will ensure safety and functionality across building systems while delivering reliable service to residents.

Responsibilities include operating BAS/CMMS, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in emergency planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school required.
• HVAC certification (EPA 608) required.
• CPO certification or plan to obtain within six months.
• Strong communication and safety focus essential.
• Experience with Entrata, CMMS or BAS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance and repair requests promptly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and document work.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and coordinate with vendors.
• Operate and monitor major building systems and safety equipment.
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with SOPs and OSHA standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and management.
