Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician II to manage maintenance tasks, preventive repairs, and turnover preparations across our properties. You will work in a fast-paced, collegiate environment, applying technical skills and strong problem-solving to ensure safe, efficient buildings.

You will log work in BAS/Entrata/CMMS, perform routine maintenances, and coordinate with vendors under the Facilities Supervisor. Must be ready for after-hours support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or trade school required.
  • HVAC certification (EPA 608) required.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
  • Excellent communication and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency with BAS, Entrata, and CMMS to log service requests and track work.
  • Maintain property per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs on building systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and schedule work under the Facilities Supervisor.
  • Inspect and service life safety systems and building equipment.
  • Assist in emergency planning and after-hours coverage as needed.
