Job summary

Ohio Living Sarah Moore in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance across the community. Three years of maintenance experience with HVAC and building systems.
Knowledge of building codes, safety, EPA and OSHA regulations preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Perform routine HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and maintenance tasks.
Service HVAC equipment and troubleshoot pumps, motors, etc.
Coordinate maintenance with other departments as needed.
Escort vendors, manage inventory, and train staff as required.
Maintain records for compliance and be ready for surveys.
Back-up security personnel and complete rounds and reports.
