Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general facilities upkeep at our Ohio community. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and keep equipment running smoothly to ensure resident comfort.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, HVAC knowledge, and experience in building systems; EPA/OSHA familiarity is preferred. You’ll work days with possible on-call for emergencies, weekends or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, and electrical/plumbing systems.
• Experience reading blueprints and building codes preferred.
• EPA and OSHA regulations knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building components.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of work orders and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments and vendors.
• Provide back-up to security and assist with safety drills.
