Job summary

Ohio Living Sarah Moore is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform day-to-day upkeep of our life plan community. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance to keep facilities clean, safe, and comfortable for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, responding to repair requests within 24-48 hours, keeping accurate records, and assisting with safety and compliance so the community meets standards and resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, boilers, compressors and generators knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and painting maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems and equipment.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and maintain safety standards.
• Keep accurate records and assist with inspections and surveys.
