Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician in Tualatin, OR to support assigned buildings. You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor safety, and assist with site upkeep while coordinating with contractors as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with PIT or HVAC certifications as a plus. Shift is M-F, 7a-3:30p or 7:30a-4p through March 2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• PIT certification is preferred, or equivalent experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in Corrigo is helpful but not required.
• HVAC certification would be GREAT.

Responsabilités

• Complete weekly and monthly preventative maintenance (PM) tasks for assigned facilities.
• Monitor the facility to help ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems as needed.
• Perform general handyman repairs and support site closeout activities, including miscellaneous tasks.
• Support contractor activity by escorting contractors, ensuring PPE is worn, and completing site-related tasks.
