Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of facility-related work experience, including leadership and supervisory roles.
• HVAC and EPA certifications are mandatory; electrical certifications are also required.
• Experience with CMMS systems, specifically Corrigo, is essential.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems with troubleshooting ability.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water cooling, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Oversee contractor activities within the building and ensure safety/operational standards.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies and prepare purchase orders.
