COR Disposal & Recycling is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Associate to perform routine building system inspections and repairs, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining a clean and efficient site in Portland.

The role covers maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components, with inventory control and emphasis on safety practices. On-site work with potential evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in facility maintenance or a similar role.
• Waste management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems.
• Repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities and outdoor areas.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Support safety compliance and emergency preparedness tasks.
