Job summary

Qualifications

Oregon license options: LME, PJ, J, PS, or S at time of application.
Experience diagnosing emergency maintenance issues and HVAC repairs.
Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and related systems.
Repair and replace components, sensors, and related hardware/software.
Maintain HVAC units, refrigeration, and air handling equipment.
Assist in reviewing new construction or remodel plans for compliance.
Respond to emergency calls and provide technical recommendations.
