Job summary

PanCare of Florida, Inc is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance across PanCare properties in multiple counties. You will manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, coordinate repairs, ensure safety compliance, and maintain buildings and grounds for optimal operation.

The role includes preventive maintenance, inventory management, and collaboration with clinic staff to meet daily facility needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Ability to manage building systems safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management and inventory skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and grounds regularly to identify issues and coordinate repairs.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance within Florida law.
• Replace filters, belts, thermostats, lights; unclog drains.
• Coordinate utilities installations and renovations.
• Ensure safety compliance and security protocols.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.
• Maintain maintenance supplies inventory and forecast future needs.
• Participate in safety programs and emergency response if needed.
• Paint interior and exterior as needed.
