Job summary

Paycom seeks a Maintenance Technician to service the Sawgrass - Ponte Vedra Beach facility. You will perform skilled maintenance on plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and lighting, ensuring a safe, clean environment and timely work order completion.

The role requires ability to train others and work with residents and staff in a cooperative manner. Technical schooling background preferred; EPA and 410 Cooling Class certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Must perform routine repairs involving air conditioning, electrical, appliances, plumbing and general mechanical work.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and read instructions in English.
• Must have at least one year of certifiable experience including Universal EPA certification and 410 Cooling Class.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the grounds facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performs skilled maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Replaces lighting devices and installs electrical fixtures.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly environment and processes work orders.
• Troubleshoots heating & air conditioning units, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Assists and may lead/train other technicians on special projects.
• Performs routine duties with safety and resident interaction in mind.
