Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains work logs and records of completed tasks.
• Receives work orders and determines tools, materials, and equipment needed.
• Installs/repairs electrical wiring, switches, outlets, fixtures and motors.
• Paints walls and surfaces, prepares surfaces for painting.
• Patches and repairs roofs and gutters.
• Repairs/installs plumbing fixtures and equipment, pipes, valves.
