Job summary

Qualifications
- Three years of trade or mechanical experience required.
- Must have valid Florida driver’s license and be insurable.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and other engineering staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
- Maintain records and participate in fire/life safety measures and inspections.
- Standards compliance and safe operation of equipment and tools.
