Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic seeks a Maintenance Tech to perform emergency and preventive maintenance of electrical distribution, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, pneumatic tube, medical gas systems, and building structures across multiple offices.

The role involves coordinating with other trades, ensuring OSHA safety standards, and maintaining service records while supporting compliance with state and Joint Commission regulations.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in trades or mechanical work (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or related).
• Florida driver’s license in good standing preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices and work across a campus or network of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and other engineering trades as needed.
• Maintain records to comply with state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
