Job summary

K&H Facility Services is seeking a hands-on Facility Technician in the Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, WA). You will respond to work orders, operate HVAC and energy systems, monitor safety, and coordinate with the Property Manager to prioritize tenant needs.

The role requires basic building operations knowledge, carpentry, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to use Corrigo and MS Office. You must obtain state and city licenses within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of building operations and mechanical skill.
• Experience with minor plumbing & electrical repairs and general carpentry.
• Licenses: City of Spokane boiler, heating mechanic I, and WA electrical training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to work orders and tenant requests, prioritizing building policies.
• Enter time via Corrigo Work Order and coordinate with payroll and support staff.
• Operate HVAC and energy management systems and maintain indoor temperatures.
• Perform routine maintenance per manufacturers’ recommendations and KHFS checklists.
• Maintain Operations and Maintenance manuals and records for equipment and spaces.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors ensuring safety and compliance with specs.
