Job summary

Circle K is seeking a PM Technician to join our operations in the tri-city area of Washington. The role focuses on maintaining equipment and facilities, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting safety and reliability across locations.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and document actions, coordinate with teams, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with equipment and best practices. A strong work ethic, organization, and ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
3-5 Years’ Experience In Maintenance Field Or More Preferred.
1-2 years’ experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and be insurable as a driver.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure reliability.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and facilities.
Maintain facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, lighting.
Document actions, irregularities and needs with clear communication to teams.
Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
Participate in training classes for existing and new equipment.
