Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs across the facility, including basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC support, while coordinating with external facilities vendors for larger repairs.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
Respond to service requests and troubleshoot building-related concerns in a timely manner.
Assist with vendor coordination for larger repairs and scheduled maintenance projects.
Support office moves, furniture setup, and space adjustments as needed.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
