  • Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs across the facility, including basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC support, while coordinating with external facilities vendors for larger repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
  • Respond to service requests and troubleshoot building-related concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist with vendor coordination for larger repairs and scheduled maintenance projects.
  • Support office moves, furniture setup, and space adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.

Our client, a well-established organization in the Richmond area, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs across the facility, including basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC support, while partnering with external facilities vendors to coordinate and support larger repairs and service projects
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
  • Respond to service requests and troubleshoot building-related concerns in a timely manner
  • Assist with vendor coordination for larger repairs and scheduled maintenance projects
  • Support office moves, furniture setup, and space adjustments as needed
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
