The candidate will use CMMS to track work orders, perform routine inspections, and support fabrication or welding tasks as needed. Full-time, day shift with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities maintenance experience or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers and general repair techniques.
• Leadership skills to guide junior team members.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety compliance.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and manage inventory.
• Perform residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetics.
• Fabricate and weld components for repairs or improvements.
• Coordinate with teammates to develop maintenance schedules.
• Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.
