Qualifications

  • Leadership skills to guide less experienced team members in maintenance tasks.
  • Familiarity with welding techniques and fabrication processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Duties
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
  • Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facilities.
  • Fabricate and weld components as required for repairs or improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
