Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to keep the grounds, facilities and equipment in good repair in line with federal, state, and local standards. The role requires routine maintenance tasks and coordination with nursing services for resident areas, with an emphasis on safety and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will follow established maintenance policies, repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems, and ensure residents’ comfort and facility

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned shift or area.
• Report all incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services in resident living areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facilities and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Clean and maintain facility spaces and equipment.
• Follow safety precautions and proper usage of tools and equipment.
