Qualifications

• High school/GED completed.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures with punctuality and dependability.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to access computer programs and perform basic operations.
• Serves in an on-call capacity, except during approved PTO periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs to keep assets functional.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and ensure timely completion of work.
• Document work performed, parts used, and follow up as needed.
• Promote good resident relations through professional service and timely communication.
• Assist in completing service requests and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
