• Maintain building cleanliness and stock supplies as needed
• Perform cleaning and maintenance, including snow and debris removal with hand tools or small power equipment
• Assist with setting up facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, and events
• Strip, clean, buff, seal, and finish hard floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets
• Lock/unlock buildings and secure facilities; report unauthorized occupants
• Complete general errands and support operational needs as assigned
