Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics, moving, transportation, or related fields.
• Ability to use a computer/electronic tablet.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends based on events.
• Valid Virginia driver's license and ability to meet driving criteria.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely setups and breakdowns for events according to diagrams and specifications.
• Safely move, arrange, and store furniture and equipment with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with event organizers and facility supervisors for adjustments.
• Inspect spaces for layout accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide custodial/maintenance support and assist with internal moves and asset transport.
• Report maintenance needs and safety hazards promptly.
