Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sweep, damp mop, and wax floors in offices, lobbies, corridors.
• Clean washbasins and toilet facilities.
• Wash walls by hand or with an electric machine.
• Scrub and wax floors with machines; polish surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs and clean upholstery.
• Dust and clean windows, blinds, and furniture.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Sweep sidewalks and remove snow; wash sidewalks.
• Replace bulbs and fuses; assist with light maintenance.
• Attend a low-pressure heating plant; observe safety protocols.
• Report broken equipment; sort waste for recycling.
• Provide services for campus events and setup.
