Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks promptly.
• Identify and address repairs under supervision for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliances.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to identify deficiencies.
• Escort vendors and contractors as needed.
• Communicate with the Facilities Supervisor about maintenance operations.
• Participate in safety trainings and comply with health and safety rules.
