Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, along with completion of a craft apprenticeship.
• EPA 608 Certification and/or HVAC certification preferred.
• Prior experience in commercial maintenance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on various systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing issues.
• Ensure timely response to work order requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Conduct inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness.
