Job summary

GGP Services Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist the Operations Manager with safety plans, maintenance standards, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for property assets. The role involves supporting a range of building systems and performing both preventive and minor repair work.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years in building maintenance, and a valid driver's license. OSHA or trade certs are a plus; bilingual applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years in building maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver's license required; OSHA 10-hour or trade cert is a plus; bilingual welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Operate equipment for preventative maintenance and minor repairs; maintain cleanliness of property.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance including painting, drywall, plumbing, lighting, roof tasks.
• Assist with inventory, records, safety data sheets, supplies, and tools.
• Assist in setup of events and install/takedown mall decor; support custodial duties as needed.
