Job summary

Onni is seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to lead a maintenance team responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment across our properties, ensuring safety and reliability. You will oversee work orders, coordinate with vendors, monitor budgets, and promote proactive maintenance, with a focus on tenant service and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of facilities management experience.
• Experience organizing, planning, and leading a facilities team.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assign incoming work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Identify problems and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances.
• Ensure prompt and professional responses to work orders.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to identify deficiencies and required repairs.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Oversee contractor work and obtain bids for projects.
• Assist with purchasing maintenance supplies within budget.
• Communicate maintenance function to management.
• Participate in safety training and compliance with health and local laws.
