Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to lead a team in keeping stores safe, clean, and ready for business. You will support the Facility Manager, perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, building systems, and coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime.

You will mentor technicians, document activities in CMMS, and help ensure safety compliance while supporting Nordstrom stores and Nordstrom Rack locations within a business node.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5–7 years facilities maintenance experience.
• 5+ years HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and mechanical repair experience.
• Proficient with CMMS and parts ordering; basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on store equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues and assist with vendor management.
• Mentor junior technicians and document activities in CMMS.
