Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech 2 in Portland, OR, with a Monday–Friday 2:00PM–10:00PM shift. You will execute a preventative maintenance program and troubleshoot material handling systems, while supporting operations with durable maintenance solutions and project planning.

The role requires 3+ years' experience with conveyors and electrical systems, plus strong tools knowledge. You will lead PM procedures, train technicians, and collaborate across departments to keep facilities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with conveyors, electrical systems, and building maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of operation and repair of material handling equipment.
• Basic knowledge of controls systems & PLCs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair material handling systems and conveyors, diagnose using test equipment and control systems.
• Lead preventative maintenance procedures and assist in training service technicians.
