You will oversee all plant services functions, including mechanical systems, HVAC, power, medical gas, sterilization, and patient care equipment, to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient operations that support exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in an applicable field is required.
• Alternative: high school diploma or tech school plus 3 years relevant experience may be considered.
• Valid state driver's license and insurability to operate hospital vehicles required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities service area and act as expert resource for team.
• Plan, implement, and facilitate work activities with department leadership.
• Ensure high-quality maintenance services and cost-effective operations.
• Maintain equipment including mechanical systems, HVAC, medical gas, sterilization systems, and patient care equipment.
