Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or related vocational training.
• Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Systems, or HVAC Refrigeration preferred.
• Three years of facilities maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems in compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Keep testing, maintenance and certification records for inspection.
• Serve as resource for construction to contractors, the Plant Manager, and architects.
