Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) invites applications for a Team Lead-Facilities at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL. This role serves as the expert resource and leads the service area in coordinating maintenance activity with department leadership.

You will oversee all plant services functions, including mechanical systems, HVAC, power, medical gas, sterilization, and patient care equipment, to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient operations that support exceptional patient care.

Pay Range: $25.53 - $38.29

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Team Lead-Facilities to join our team. The Team Lead-Facilities serves as the expert resource and lead person within the service area. Works closely with the department leadership to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives. Assumes overall responsibility for all functions of plant services and maintenance that guarantees the highest quality maintenance services and protects the investment of the physical plant and related equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Related equipment includes, but is not limited to, mechanical equipment, refrigeration, power, heat, cooling, medical gas, sterilization systems, as well as certain departmental and patient care equipment.

Education Qualifications

• Associates degree in business, facility management, operations management, applied science or related field is required.
• High School Diploma or Graduate of an Accredited Technical School Program plus 3 years of relevant experience (heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, machine shop practice, basic electricity) may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 5 years of plant operations experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Valid state driver’s license and must be insurable to operate hospital vehicles is required.
