Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Team Lead-Facilities to join our facilities team in O'Fallon, IL. The role leads plant services, plans daily activities, and ensures cost-effective maintenance of equipment, refrigeration, power, and related systems in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of plant operations experience, an associates degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Education as stated, or equivalent combination with experience.
• Minimum 5 years of plant operations experience.
• Valid state driver’s license required for hospital vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert resource and lead person within the service area.
• Plan, implement, and facilitate work activity to meet goals and objectives.
• Oversee all functions of plant services and maintenance for cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with department leadership and ensure high-quality maintenance.
