Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Team Lead-Facilities to oversee the Facilities service area and coordinate plant services and maintenance. You will work with department leadership to plan and implement the work, ensuring high quality maintenance and cost efficiency at our St.

Elizabeth's Hospital site in O'Fallon, IL. The role requires an associates degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in plant operations, and a valid driver's license for hospital vehicle

Qualifications

Associates degree in business, facility management, operations management, applied science or related field.
High School Diploma or Graduate of an Accredited Technical School Program plus 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
5 years of plant operations experience is required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the expert resource and lead within the Facilities service area.
Plan, implement, and facilitate work activity with department leadership to meet goals.
Assume responsibility for all plant services functions and maintenance effectively and cost‑wise.
