Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Team Lead-Facilities to oversee the Facilities service area and coordinate plant services and maintenance. You will work with department leadership to plan and implement the work, ensuring high quality maintenance and cost efficiency at our St.

Elizabeth's Hospital site in O'Fallon, IL. The role requires an associates degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in plant operations, and a valid driver's license for hospital vehicle

• Associates degree in business, facility management, operations management, applied science or related field.
• High School Diploma or Graduate of an Accredited Technical School Program plus 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of plant operations experience is required.

The Team Lead-Facilities serves as the expert resource and lead person within the service area. Works closely with the department leadership to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives. Assumes overall responsibility for all functions of plant services and maintenance that guarantees the highest quality maintenance services and protects the investment of the physical plant and related equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
