Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Boulder, CO is seeking an Operating Engineer to operate, maintain and troubleshoot facility equipment across systems. You will demonstrate expertise in one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility Plant Operations) and be multi-skilled across others.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, preventative maintenance, inventory control, and safety compliance while supporting a productive, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, monitoring repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Maintain facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, and contracted maintenance.
• Calibrate, replace parts and ensure HVAC equipment operates at optimum performance.
