Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Operating Engineer to support operation, inspection and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems at our Blue Bell, PA location. This role emphasizes hands-on upkeep, safety, and reliable service for tenants.

You will perform routine maintenance tasks, manage work orders in CMMS, and participate in ongoing safety and technical training while supporting emergency responses when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year with company support.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, pressure washing, lighting maintenance and general upkeep per licensing.
• Maintain the CMMS work order system and address tenant requests.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of building systems.
• Support on-call or emergency responses when needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical, DDC and pneumatic control systems.
• Adhere to safety procedures and participate in training programs.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
