Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED with two years of trades schooling in electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• EPA Universal Technician Certification for refrigerant handling (CFCs).
• 4+ years of related work experience in commercial/industrial environments with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using CMMS/PM software and BAS with RTU performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing in building systems.
• Use BAS, blueprints, and readings to diagnose root causes.
• Perform preventive maintenance for HVACR and chiller systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure safety codes.
• Repair plumbing and maintain doors, gates, safety systems.
• Lead start-up procedures for fire pumps, boilers, elevators, and compressors.
