Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum four years of technical building engineering experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and production equipment.
• Preferred: 3rd party certification related to facilities engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across facilities.
• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders to ensure energy efficiency and uptime.
• Maintain, repair, and monitor building systems and infrastructure to support client operations.
• Complete safety procedures and site inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable codes.
