Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Las Vegas to oversee custodial and maintenance teams and ensure clean, well-functioning facilities. This full-time role reports to the Director of Safety and Security and may perform hands-on tasks as needed.

You will develop cleaning schedules, manage staff, coordinate repairs, and work with club leadership to maintain safe, welcoming spaces for members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Three years of custodial or general maintenance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with good driving record.
• Able to work irregular or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises custodial and maintenance staff; trains, assigns work, and monitors performance.
• Maintains daily/weekly cleaning schedules, maintenance tasks, and staff coverage across all clubhouses, including early/late shifts.
• Ensures requests are ticketed, tracked, and closed; conducts spot checks of work and compliance with safety policies.
• Monitors attendance, quality of work, and adherence to BGCSNV policies; coaches staff and reports concerns to leadership.
• Maintains clean, secure facilities workshops, supply areas, and equipment; secures materials.
• Assists with onboarding, training, and recruitment of custodial/maintenance personnel.
• Performs clubhouse inspections for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and proper chemical labeling.
