The City of Las Vegas is seeking a Facilities Field Supervisor to oversee remodels, maintenance and repairs of city buildings. You will supervise skilled trades, custodial services and contracts, ensuring work meets standards and schedules are followed.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, inspecting completed work, processing invoices, and guiding staff through performance expectations. A written exam and pre-employment steps are part of the process.

Competenze

• Three years of facility maintenance or related experience with some lead or supervisory duties.
• Experience reading technical docs, blueprints, and contract language.
• Ability to supervise crews, coordinate trades and contractors, and ensure safety standards.
